Refund & Return Policy
At Furniture and More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
1. Return Period
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is in line with your rights under EU and Irish consumer law.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as when you received it — unused and undamaged
In its original packaging where possible
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

3. Damages and Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with:

A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the damage
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
4. Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
Mattresses that have been removed from vacuum packaging and used — for hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken and the mattress has been slept on, it cannot be returned
Custom-made or made-to-order items — including items ordered in a specific size, colour, or fabric not held in standard stock
Assembled furniture that shows signs of use or installation
Items without original packaging where packaging is required for safe return transport
5. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
