We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are accurate. However:

4. Pricing & Payment

- All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

- Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed before checkout.

- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

- Certain items may be excluded from return for hygiene or custom-made reasons, where permitted by law.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned goods or proof of return, using the original payment method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
